you guys think boat fishing is easy? Look at the size of those swells........:hihi:
If you dropped a pebble, the ripples would have went 3 miles.

I hate the doldrums days. The ocean is supposed to have wind! EarnedStripes44 07-08-2008, 09:10 AM nice fish RIJIMMY 07-08-2008, 09:11 AM nice fish thanks! I'm 4'5" and 115lbs so you can guess how big it is! about 10-15 pounds then. if you want to give the illusion your fish is bigger, then you have to lie and say you are 6' - 8" and 280. nice fish Jimmy shiner fishin? piemma 07-08-2008, 01:21 PM 28# and a nice fish. Congrats Jimmy! RIJIMMY 07-08-2008, 01:39 PM Thanks- your close Paul - 27! Fish was on a bunker. I love watching the hits on the calm water. The bunker came off the hook when I had the fsih on, I was fighting the fish and suddenly there is a huge splash to the left, another bass was hitting the bunker! I was fishing with Parker23 and he cast out towards the splash while a gull grabbed the bunker. No luck on the other fish though. A few minutes of pure rush! Slip - doh - your right - first person to catch that and I had to think about ti for a few minutes..... fish4striper 07-08-2008, 01:51 PM Nice Fish Jimmy! Love when the water's like that. I was wondering where Bruce has been, guess he's been stealth lately! fishbones 07-08-2008, 02:01 PM Never mind the rough sea you had to contend with. Trying to lift a 27pound fish over the gunwale is a good way to cause some back discomfort. Sliding fish up onto the beach or the rocks is nothing compared to having to lift one up 2 feet out of the water and into a boat. Jimmy, you are truly a testament to the hardcore boat fishing lifestyle. Oh, and nice fish. :btu: piemma 07-08-2008, 02:08 PM Thanks- your close Paul - 27! Fish was on a bunker.
