Guys, need some advice. I have a Family get together at Bretton point Newport Saturday, I could get there early or stay late...but should I bring the pole and try some fishing?

I've been there before and talked with some guys going for tog. Just asking if it's a worthwhile spot.

Great fishing there, stripers, blues, scup, tog, and fluke.

Bring your rod and favorite strper/blues plugs and of course metals :angel:, and fish off the rocks and the rock jetty(we call it the rockpile) . Waders and Korkers are advisable.
