Hello all,
Boat is a total loss. Hull is in my yard and for sale. If sold through this site, s-b will get a percentage to help keep the lights on. I am not sure of price yet, should know within a few days. Going on e-bay Monday.

Hull is in remarkably good shape. Crack to port at gas tank. Bilge dry as a cork after tow.

I LOVE PARKER BOATS...NEW BOAT 25SE CC W/250 YAMAHA 4 STROKE, SEPT 1

Please call if interested 401-742-4191.

Here goes the dead horse beating, but I can't resist...

How could you possibly have fit that huge laundry list of items (that you posted) into a boat that size?

To each his own... I am just surprised that that much stuff could fit on such a small rig. Where would one stow it?

P23,

Are those pics taken from the vicinity of the accident, or did the boat drift a ways? Just curious as the spot looks very familiar. The swells can come out of nowhere sometimes if its the place I think it is.

The story makes more sense to me now with regard to the rouge wave. Very dangerous place to take a boat, even in flat conditions.Glad the owner made it out ok.

The area of the picture seems consistent with the location he describes. There is a camp in the area the boat is washed up and he described a camp in his description of the incident.

I fished that same area the same morning he was washed up. I must have been there before him because I definitely did not see his boat. The swells were huge that day.

whale rock was actually an old lighthouse- infact, I forget which hurricane it was, but the lighthouse keeper rowed his boat in for supplies and left his wife and children out there right before the storm struck- He had no idea it was coming.. The next morning all that was left was what you see now- just the base of the lighthouse.. poor guy. :(

The base station was in the cove to the left- you can still see the granite boat ramp and pillars..

that story and the story about the father who watched all 3 of his children get washed off of the road in the school bus @ mackeral cove is so tragic :(

The whale rock story is different though. The assistant perished, not the guy's family. The lighthouse steel was not anchored to the base and it was pushed into the sea by the waves.

i'm just getting started and warmed up with our health talks Crafty
although a good teacher knows not to over saturate his student...

same as putting butter on popcorn...to much and it spoils the crispy
Tecture of the popcorn and the crunch factor is lost...

my concern was you might be eating the artificially flavored microwave popcorn ,,,because that stuff is like radioactive waste

the flavoring goes into your house air and you start having health problems in your lungs...

the people in the factory that make it sued the manufacturer and won a big settlement "in fact" for respiratory related illnesses

Thanks, Raven, I just saw a report on that a while ago - nope, I'm strictly old school, right in a pot with oil and real butter melted on the side -

Of course, some times I do cheat and use Jiffy Pop :hihi:

Just kidding - jeez, do they still even make that stuff?

Ooops, sorry, somebody call the authorities, hijack in progress...

P23 I know that spot those swells come from hundreds of miles to smash on that beach. How the hell did you live though it. I really don't hink anyone has any idea what you went through. I am glad you made it. And I don't give a dam if you said you were carrying gold bars on your vessel. Good luck to you, you desrve it.

You were close to that point (state of flotation or lack of, not location) last year - right?
