Usually mine comes that way with the cover practically shredded off and 1/4 of the pages folder into a mess. Oddly I received mine yesterday in near pristine condition (for a change)!!!

Mine was tatered last month, this time it's fine.

email or call them to send you another before they run out, I bet they will.
