I check this site quite a bit during work, as I am sure a lot of you do also. I know there is a way for the company to see what sites people go on, but can they see what time also?

Yep. So if you're slacking at work and the network logs say you are spending work time Internetting instead of working, they'll know. Many larger shops have the capability to track all that, many small shops do not though in that case they'll look over your shoulder to see you watching pr0n or poker.
