Just wondering if I can do something in the control panel to receive e-mail on replies ?

You can "Subscribe" to a thread by going to the thread > Thread Tools > Subscribe to this thread. My only request, PLEASE, purdy please, have the right email address in as I get lots of bounced back emails because of invalid email accounts.
