My son, age 8, wants to go to a patriots game. I am considering buying SRO tickets for two reasons: 1. Cost and 2. Whenever we have seats to a game my son constantly wants to get up anyway for snacks, bathroom, souvenir, etc. I've never been to Gillette, but on TV it seems like you'd have a decent view from those balconies.. So what do you think... what are the chances of finding space along those railings? Could a kid see over or through them? Thanks.

You can't get right up against the railing which makes it a little tougher. Also it might be easier to win the lottery than to get a prime spot in the front. I know of a few guys, all 6ft 230 or more who literally need to post up to get front row and for them, bathroom breaks and food runs aren't an option or else you lose your spot. Its not an easy thing to do but with the cost of seats now it may be the best option.
