I saw this a few months back - sad but true.

I Flocked up too as I didn't take out a stupid loan, pay my 30yr fixed mortgage, did my part, and expected my guvmnet and neighbors would do the same. :deadhorse: :bsod:

I'm in the same boat. Borrowed 43% of equity, 15 year note, haven't missed a payment...ever.

What was I thinking?
