Does anyone know if the fresh water fishing license is a year from the time you buy it, or is it from the opening of the season till the end of the season, like here in R.I.
Also how much is it for a out of state season license.

Its good for the year so you need a new license on 1/1/2009.

I think its $40 for out of state.
