I met a specialist last summer and asked him why we don,t have more plants in this country and he said it was because of the expense of storing the spent rods by private business instead of the government storing them as in other countries
love it or hate it, its the energy of the future..
How about a jet engine hooked up to a HRSG I running right now that make 1.2 megawatts of power and enough steam to heat about 8000 lbs of steam an hour. Only draw back is it eats ULSD a rate of 3500 gals a day we probally will be stopping it this winter till we get our Gas comp. then we should be able to run it all year.
