Adam_777 11-09-2008, 12:03 PM Not a single one even washed up or bit in half.:err: cheferson 11-09-2008, 12:11 PM I saw loads up in one of the harbors in the bay during october. They were 2-6" fishgolf 11-09-2008, 05:50 PM Saw on teeny tiny one two Saturdays ago washed up on the beach in SoCo. The only one I saw all season... afterhours 11-09-2008, 06:29 PM strange......for all the adults earlier you'd think we'd be walking on them. ilovetwofish 11-09-2008, 08:39 PM There are still adult ones around in multiple RI areas but haven't seen any peanutes all year. The Iceman 6 11-10-2008, 08:45 AM There was one? PaulS 11-10-2008, 10:39 AM I haven't seen any in Conn. but I know that there have been years in the recent past where we haven't seen any and then the following year we have been loaded. Sea Flat 11-10-2008, 10:49 AM Buzzards Bay was amazingly void of them all year long. I wonder if all the jelly fish that were around had anything to do with it? You would think jelly fish are a pretty dangerous predator for them. Perhaps that means they went further north than normal and are still heading south? I don't know, but it was very strange this year. eastendlu 11-10-2008, 11:05 AM Very few peanuts spotted this season.I can't believe the rain bait is still all over the place and the water temps are still warm.Lots of butterfish around in that peanut size the last couple of days. vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2025, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
