The days of 3 bucks has been long gone for a few years. I used to bitch when I had to pay $2.90 a bag for high quality stuff but now between $5.50 and $6.50 a bag so far in my search for quality pellets. Now these are not home depot brands but I won't waste my $$$ on the cheap stuff. Just not worth it. I am probably going to go with one I have used many times, Heartland. More expensive but a very high quality , low ash and really high BTU pellet. It's going for $389.00 a metric ton, 60 bags, or approx. $6.50 a bag. My second choice , which I bought last 2 years as Heartland wasn't available to the place I get it , was New England Regular which is $269.00 per ton, 50 bags. They also have New England Supreme which is $289.00 a ton. That is all I got to report. All need to be picked up as the price does not reflect delivery charges. I will be pulling the trigger next week. I do have to pick them up but only a couple miles away and I can visit Slipknot as he lives right next door. Anyone got any good deals they have seen.
