These guys were unbelievable live. Great songwriting and melodies, but they never got popular commercially.

A couple of brit bands from way back that never hit it big in the US..Tony McPhee's "Groundhogs" and Roger Chapman's "Family" and of course this guy who "could have made the big time" if not for a fishing & hunting addiction....and a general lack of talent.! http://www.myspace.com/sokinwettunes

Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes. Great live party band, nice horn section. Played with Springsteen too much so that they didn't get their own following....
