View Full Version : Dunkin Donuts Bagel Theft
Swimmer 12-11-2008, 03:00 PM At noontime a clerk calls the station and says, "do you want to hear something funny?" Like I can hang the phone up after saying no. Clerk goes on to tell me about a fmelae customer who drove through the drive-up and didn't get the correct bagel in the bag along with her coffee order. Customer parks out front and comes in store steaming mad. Customer then hops over counter grabs the bagel she actually ordered and then left, never leaving the wrong bagel, screaming t the clerk the whole time, "you never get my f...ing order right".
I have to send officer. He speaks with the bagel thief at her house, happens to be my old house. Then goes and speaks with clerk. All things are squared away. When the clerk was telling me the story initially all I could think of was Bigfish. If the perp was nasty she could have been charged.

The clerk who came in and spoke with me later wasn't concerned at all the order wasn't right. She did bring in the CD of the alledged crime thinking that we would prosecute, not.

Hey, when elected officials and top executives of fortune 500 companies are screwing things up as bad as they are, you can't really expect someone making minimum wage to get most of of the orders right, can you?

When you asked the question in that context, no orders should be correct.:fury:
