Pre-coyote days we often would run in to them swimming in Vineyard Sound. ProfessorM 12-21-2008, 09:10 AM cool. I saw one swim the canal this year in full current one morning. BassDawg 12-21-2008, 09:24 AM a few years older, and several points bolder, and that could've been a sweeeeeet belly-filler for the Holiday Table!!! :bl: :bl: :bl: niko 12-21-2008, 10:33 AM i used to watch coyotes swim across from sunset point to worlds end on a regular basis. one time the current brought them pretty close to the boat. beamie 12-21-2008, 10:37 AM Niko, I have seen 2 deer over the years swim from the spit to 4th cliff in the river......very cool to see, and boy they are great swimmers.. buckmanjr 12-21-2008, 09:56 PM A buddy of mine shot one on some land near the canal last year. It swam across the canal and the core of engineres had to push it to the other side where they drove across and got it. http://img165.imageshack.us/img165/9090/picture103ki4.jpg Raven 12-22-2008, 05:50 AM Nice rescue.... and PICS thanks :btu: Channell99 12-22-2008, 08:09 PM Very cool its amazing how well they can swim thortum 12-26-2008, 10:46 AM Judging by the way the deer is tied, those two guys must be cowboys from a rodeo. Great job! Glad they didn't get kicked. Love the T-shirt. U.S.M.C. always on duty. vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2025, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
