I had an issue with the anti reverse on my VS200 in Sept/Oct

Took it to Rivers End and they fixed it while I waited.... Pat even fed me lunch and I watched my reel being fixed.... I was fishing with it that night,,,,,

Honestly,,, I will just drop my reels off there for service.

Before you drive there, call if you have an earlier version with the weight inside the rotor. They may not work on the earlier models. Not positive, but worth checking. I've had a couple of phone conversations with them and they were very helpful and informative.

Just a note, River's End also sponors a "Surf Day" surfishing event in March of each year....so you may want to consider timing your VS drop-offs or pick-ups around that date. (if you are going to be there anyway), but it's always best to call the shop in advance.

I'll probably be the guy "burning" the hot dogs, again.:scream:
