* To win the AFC East, the Patriots will need the Dolphins (10-5) to lose to the Jets (9-6), or tie, on the road in the season finale.

If the Patriots win the division, they will host a first-round playoff game at Gillette Stadium, likely against the No. 6 wild card.

If the Patriots earn the wild-card berth, they will travel for a first-round playoff game against a division champion.

Gotta hope for the Jets to win.....'Cause The Ravens aren't going to lose to Jacksonville......

I really can't see the Pats losing to Buffalo, or the Ravens hacking it up at this point.

So you have to pin your hopes on the Jets.
