Go take a look at all those photos from sunny Florida you've badgered us with all winter. Those should warm you up. -spence Raven 01-25-2009, 09:59 AM faster than i can buy more :af: fishaholic18 01-25-2009, 10:24 AM breathe deep..the air quality is noticeably better in the cold, than it will be in a few short months...was outside walking the dog, and then filling the cellar wood box from the pile..not quite halfway thru this winters pile...and will prolly start splitting some of next winters pile today, as it is a great day for that activity.. i am a convert...i love the arctic air..not looking forward to March and April..those months seem colder because of the increase in moisture content...(the cussed humidity factor....) and them damn spring winds we get here..just drive it to the bone... even tho it is single digits, and possibly below, with the slight wind chill factor today, it feels better to me than one of them 30 degree March days, with the wind blowing that damp air right thru ya.... so dress correctly...bundle up, and get out and breathe some quality air!!! F^%$# that sh!t.....U can have it..... Crafty Angler 01-25-2009, 11:53 AM i thought u moved to FLA???? where it's always lousy with humidity, bugs, gators, and spanish speaking illegals... ;) Karl, ya gotta look at the bright side of living in Florida - yup, looks pretty bright to me...:humpty: fishaholic18 01-25-2009, 12:50 PM never saw anything like that the times i was in FLA... now Hawaii...that was diff...see that all day long, at most of the beaches.. better Assets all around :) that was the best...and much nicer than FLA...heat with no humidity, and a gentle breeze..and no freakin bugs...much bettah warm weather climate than Swampland USA Ya need to open ya eyes next time Bud......Much better sights and MUCH happier people... Raider Ronnie 01-25-2009, 01:02 PM It's not that cold ! You guys will be complaining about the july - aug heat soon enough ! spence 01-25-2009, 02:06 PM It's not that cold ! Nice site there makin your own.... :btu: striperman36 01-25-2009, 08:04 PM someone could get arrested for making controlled substances like that Raven 01-25-2009, 08:31 PM they control bronchitis... so they are a controlled substance... it's worse than weed... striperman36 01-25-2009, 08:32 PM I'll take a case of thayer's please. Note to self: Drink as much Vodka as Possible. It makes me feel warm inside.LMFAO striperman36 01-26-2009, 04:38 PM Now...if i had that Hot Chourico and peppers recipie... i could prolly go commando too..... How many plugs is it worth? striperman36 01-26-2009, 04:39 PM ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dude, go to your nearest health food store and buy slippery elm throat lozenges by Thayer.... they are cheap but are worth their weight in gold :point: when it comes to bronchitis... you can even make a tea with them or just buy the slippery elm powder and make your own but unlike most teas you'd have to strain it thru a regular coffee filter to have red clear liquid then re-heat it which kicks the hell out of all that G.D. PHLEM like magic ! Trust me on that i used to get brochitus every year...but no more This stuff is really slippery, I feel like I am s#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&g on bark striperman36 01-26-2009, 05:58 PM hmmm..how many u got in mind? :hihi: Hmmm. it's tasting purty good, its my secret sauce, I'm giving up the jewels fishaholic18 01-27-2009, 05:39 AM More snow expected tues / wedshttp://www.degroat.net/pix/thumbsdown.gif Raven 01-27-2009, 07:13 AM This stuff is really slippery, I feel like I am s#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&g on bark that's the beauty of it striperman36 ...it's so slippery it's able to dislodge or unstick the phlem globs that's clinging to your to your throat around your windpipe area which causes a reactionary cough to clear it away so you can breath response. that was a mouthful :rtfm: Now second step is to make your spiciest recipe to boost your immune system ...and to take some extra vitamin C because you pee out 2/3 of what ever your taking? BTW .......are you a cigarette smoker? Then you need bioflavonoids next.... that white webbing or skin around an orange especially that center stem that runs between the sections down the middle... you want to eat that...don't toss it away (BIG mistake) because that is like pure bioflavonoids and it works together with vitamin C to make it much more effective. So go buy some big jumbo sized Oranges ....the easy peeling kind. I reccommend you get an old film cannister plastic bottle and fill it up with chewable C and take it through out the day. I used to make the grape juice foamy cocktail with welches grape juice and 10 chewable vitamin C and wiz it in the blender to shock your system....ANALOGY ->similar to clearing a pool of green algae with a full chlorine bottle then doing the usual maintenance.... avoid dairy products unless its acidic like yogurt. Honey is a good cure all too... almost every vitamin and mineral can be found in honey and as Karl says get GREEN tea as it'll boost your immune system and metabolism as well.:musc: Raven 01-27-2009, 07:17 AM your just not using the right weapons to fight back is all :cputin: Raven 01-27-2009, 07:23 AM 12 more inches of snow predicted starting about 3am in my area.... should be a beauty of a storm [[[[[[ FAST and FURIOUS]]]]]] so what you gonna do? Boogie back to florida you BASTID and chase poor baby piglets around on a dirt bike with a mounted machine gun LOL :rotflmao: FREANKIN FRIGGAN %$%$%$%$in PETA is calling fish SEA Kittens now :exp: so you better not be out there molesting them.... either :tooth: ProfessorM 01-27-2009, 09:46 AM sorry Karl I 'd much rather sweat than freeze anyday. Bring on the humidity. I would pick Hana or Hookipia, Maui instead of Fla. though. http://www.splashvision.com/Video/7785_Hookipa-(Hawaii).html tynan19 01-27-2009, 10:24 AM More snow expected tues / wedshttp://www.degroat.net/pix/thumbsdown.gif :humpty::humpty::humpty::humpty: vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2025, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
