the tresspassing case against the guy on Kingsbury Beach area that was brought to court for sitting in front of the woman's water front cottage? Just curious. Haven't heard a thing about it.

hmmm I don't know... it did get quite....litigation sometimes moves slowly...
and it is winter, and not much foot traffic there to bother her...if she is there at all now....

When I was a kid thier use to be a firefighter from N.Y.C. named McCarthy who use to go onto the flats in front of Sunset Village in Eastham and play the pipes. He really sounded awesome, even to me when I was a kid I liked it.
