I recently purchased a bunch of lures on EBAY and I am pretty impressed with them. I cant wait to use them.
Of course I'm new to this, but think I got a real good deal on them.
I purchased 2 each of these for lures, prices were from $10-$15 each.
What do you guys think about them? I am pretty sure they are made here in Rhode Island.
Also are any of you suffering from the same disease I have? Main symptom is every time I get on the internet, something takes over and I am buying either fishing gear or things for my boat...
This cabin fever is costing me more every day. (new rods, electric anchor winch, lures all over the place, huge tackle box, and even a life jacket for the family dog..........)
Is there a cure, besides warm weather and water?
I'm thinking of putting the boat in the water next week-end,,, 30 degrees and windy or not.
Maybe a day on the water freezing my butt off will help reduce the symptoms.

I think from now on i'm going to ask FISH what they think of

They are made in China. They're only sold under that name so people get the impression they were made in RI. :fury::jump:

I have a couple of the poppers. Awesome bluefish plug. Never raised a bass on em though. The retrieve has to be extremely fast to keep em on top. Good plug but poorly designed in my opinion.

Thanks Guys,

Should have known, anything with a cheap price these days, tend to be cheaply made in China. Oh well, my kids will have fun with them on the blues then. I fell for the Rhode Island label, they are sold under a user calling himself "fin-addict", was kinda hoping they were local made.......

Thanks... I will give them a try and will post pics of what me and the kids bring in with them. Im seriosly thinkin about getting the boat out by next weekend, maybe hit the Togs up a bit and try to entice an old holdover striper in one of the deeper holes around newport area and post pics if we catch any.

Have fun with them, the fish can't read anyway.

The bonus is you learned something, next time ask here before you buy, E-bay isn't going anywhere.

Yeah, but you like inflatable dolls and slow chickens, too, so that don't mean much.
