Larry--have you been living in a bubble the last 30 years or so? Lawrence and Lowell were %$%$%$%$holes before I moved to LI--and that move happened in 1981.

Mike...re-read my post. I did not say anything like Lawrence is suddenly a %$%$%$%$ hole or Lawrence used to be such a nice place....and I did not mention Lowell.......I mentioned that the Lawrence Police Chief John Romero is on the news every single night! It was a brief commentary on just how bad that town is. The Boston Police Chief is not even on that much?

I also noticed how he is on the news almost daily to my wife a few weeks ago. I read this and there he is again, talking about the clerk who chased the robbers out of the store with guns a-blazin'.
