Here is a link to a tune on You Tube. I apologize for not posting directly but I do not know how to post the you tube clip and have not looked up the post that tells you how to do it.

Striperknight 03-12-2009, 01:04 PM Good stuff.
ProfessorM 03-12-2009, 01:55 PM Solas is very good. Lunasa is fantastic and one of the top band out there now but my favorite is Patrick Street. I got tons as I luv acoustic music and I am as Irish as Paddy Murphy's Pig which helps too.
Clammer 03-12-2009, 03:39 PM PM
if that,s the case you should be staying home on the 17TH ><>:gu:
ProfessorM 03-12-2009, 04:10 PM LOL . I'm home everyday. I bought the corn beef today and will have a Guinness with dinner before I go to work that nite
mosholu 03-12-2009, 05:09 PM Patrick Street is an awesome group as well. I saw them at the Bottom Line in NYC. I think it was in 97. Jimi Hendrix has been described as the Jackie Daly of the guitar! Has everyone heard De Danann's The Star Spangled Molly cd. Has the lovely Maura O'Connell on vocals and a great selection of tunes from the 1910 -1920s. Might be my all time favorite traditional music record.
ProfessorM 10-10-2010, 06:14 PM A more beautiful voice I have not heard:uhuh:
