Boat show Sunday!
Mr. Kav 01-10-2003, 10:35 AM i am going to see the rolling stones concert at the fleet center this weekend. i have never seen them before and figured it will probably my last chance so why not.
Saltheart 01-10-2003, 10:53 AM Smokey and I and his brother (s) will be tying some flies for the swap tonight.
fishsmith 01-10-2003, 11:02 AM 1) Got the youngest to transition a bed, so I'll take the crib apart (for the last time) and turn the baby room into a play room.
2) Burn some brush in the back yard (8 degrees is good burning weather)
Mr. Kav - That should be a great show, I've seen them 5 times ,and they might look like death, but they sound as good as ever. I'm reading Bill Wymann's book "Rolling with the Stones", very very interesting, the talent that came out of London in the early 60's is amazing, clapton, page, lennon, mccartney, the list goes on.
Useless Stones info: Mick Jagger and Keith Richards were born in the same hospital just a few months apart.
same as the last two weekends and the same as the next two as long as the snow holds up!!!! (and my wallet...:( )...er...and my body..... and tonite is girls nite out...(as I have basically neglected many friends since spring.... )

GBOUTDOORS 01-10-2003, 07:49 PM Put the stereo radio/cd player I got from a customer for xmass in the boat and then sit there and listen to some tunes and dream of warmer days:cool:
Got Stripers 01-10-2003, 08:29 PM Although I'll fish in the cold, this weekend looked nasty, especially when you add the wind factor in. I had work to do today, but couldn't stop the urge and fished the afternoon, knowing I wasn't going for the 2nd weekend in a row. Cold today too, but boated maybe 50 bass, deep freeze is coming now. The rest of the weekend is house work, maybe pour some baits and some rod work.
