Stopped at the Elks in Wareham today and yes the run was full. It shouldn't be too long before the bass find them.

Middleboro had some yesterday.

Last year we saw them at Middleboro on our way home from the Providence show. I never saw it before. Pretty awesome.

Took a ride with the family today during lunch break, place was loaded with them. Went to same place last year on the 12th and quantity seemed the same. That has to be a good sign....

Running thick in the Nemasket River at the junctions of Rt44/Rt105 in Middleboro. Just stopped and watched them for about 20-30 min.

hmmm... with them so thick in some areas, I'm curious why I haven't seen a single one in other more obvious areas.

Still haven't seen any in the Oak Bluffs or Aquinnah runs.:confused:

Just out of curiosity, what type of camera did you shoot the underwater part with?

Nice. I stopped by the other day. Plenty. I am just glad i am not going to have to lug buckets of them up that hill and then down the 100 stairs again or transport them onto my boat. PIA. I don't miss it one bit and probably won't go back to doing it again if it opens up someday. Plenty of alternatives out there. Nope, don't miss it a bit.

Olympus SW 770 - outdoor, underwater pics/videos are great, indoor pictures suck.

the steps were brutal. A lot of people wanted to fish when I had the livewell in the truck. I'd make them do the humping on the stairs. :faga:

When my wife went with me I ended up doing the humping of the buckets:smash: Figured out it was easier to get a couple of buckets of water up "river" and only make the stair trip twice (once in and once out) Unless that is I needed more bait. :tooth: Then it was an extra trip on the stairs...

and god forbid you caught fish and had to haul them up the darn stairs. If I got the herring my friend did most of the lugging but if I was alone I felt real old fast.
