quick note, I posted back in June that I had a st croix rod snap on me. I was livelining, pulled the bunker and TUNK! I was blown away, never broke a rod before and I barely put pressure on it. I finally got around to sending it back 2 weeks ago and was worried they would somehow blame it on me. Well yesterday a brand spankin new rod showed up at the door!

I love st croix just for that reason, they've replaced 2 for me. One deffenalty my falt.

Rapala Has GREAT customer service... had a broken digital scale . (screen died) mailed it back... 8 days later, brand new one arrives... thats the way to do things... people that use the products are the best advertising... do right by the customer, they tell people about it... but it works both ways...
