View Full Version : selling yugioh cards cheap
Slips'son 04-04-2009, 12:41 PM hey everyone
i am once again selling my yugioh cards
i am selling them in packs of random cards
the packs are 50 cents each or $5 for 4 packs
there are 10 cards in a pack
please guys, i really need the money for important stuff
and the money is not going towards scratch cards
quick decision 04-04-2009, 04:46 PM i am not sure what a yougio card is
Slips'son 04-04-2009, 04:53 PM it is a kind of trading card
gf2020 04-05-2009, 03:38 PM the packs are 50 cents each or $5 for 4 packs
Might want to check your math there, son. ;)
Slips'son 04-05-2009, 05:51 PM fine
they are now $4 for 4 packs and 50 cents each
i don't care about doing any of the math
The Dad Fisherman 04-06-2009, 06:00 AM Might want to check your math there, son. ;)
For Clarification.....
$.50 for a single card and 4 unopened packs of cards for $4
Slips'son 04-06-2009, 10:29 AM no
i mean 50 cents for a single pack of 10 random cards from different card sets and $4 for 4 packs of 10 random cards
fishbones 04-06-2009, 11:29 AM no

You've just qualified yourself to work in government finance.
Slips'son 04-06-2009, 11:50 AM i didn't qualify myself for anything
i am just trying to sell my yugioh cards to get money to buy some that i might need soon

Since no one was explicit:
$0.50/pack * 4 packs = $2
$4 for 4 packs = $1 per pack.
Your "deal" makes the per pack price twice as much as what you're selling them for individually.
Slips'son 04-06-2009, 12:05 PM i am sorry that i confused you guys about the prices
i have decided on a change of prices for the cards
1 pack of 10 random cards that i put together is 50 cents
4 packs of 10 random cards that i put together is $2
Slipknot 04-06-2009, 12:09 PM :bl::gu::wall:
I told you no one wants them and not to post it
thank you all for trying to help the kid out
:cputin::cputin:
Slips'son 04-06-2009, 12:10 PM i need the money so much and i really need to get rid of all my cards because i don't even use them anymore and neither do my friends
fishbones 04-06-2009, 12:45 PM I have no idea what they are, but it sounds like maybe they're collectible. If so, have you tried putting them on Ebay? You'll reach a much larger audience than you'll reach on this site.
Slips'son 04-06-2009, 01:02 PM they are collectibles
my parents won't let me sell my cards on ebay because i don't have a credit card for paypal
yugioh cards are for teenagers, kids and sometimes adults
The Dad Fisherman 04-06-2009, 01:39 PM See if you can find a baseball card store somewhere...they may take them.
remember though....they are only worth what someone is willing to pay for them.
Slips'son 04-06-2009, 03:09 PM i have tried a ton of different trading card and sports card shops, but they all don't buy yugioh cards from people
Redsoxticket 04-06-2009, 03:32 PM What about the locations that have tournaments and game days/evening in your neighborhood.
Slips'son 04-06-2009, 03:37 PM i don't even think that there are any trading card stores in or near middleboro that have yugioh tournaments
Redsoxticket 04-06-2009, 03:54 PM I googled the following. Starts this evening. Do a googling and find other locals.

Slips'son 04-07-2009, 05:13 PM i actually don't think that somebody would go on craigslist and want to buy packs of random yugioh cards
BigFish 04-07-2009, 06:18 PM Have you tried selling any of your Dad's plugs?? Might have better luck?:jump:
Slips'son 04-07-2009, 06:34 PM i don't think that he would let me sell any of his plugs at all

The Dad Fisherman 04-08-2009, 10:43 AM why would i sell his plugs?
they belong to my dad
More or less just messin around w/ your dad.......
try this on Craigslist......sell the cards as one big lot. You may have better luck selling them that way than by the pack or singles....just a thought.
zimmy 04-09-2009, 10:36 AM This is definately my favorite thread ever :)
Slipknot 04-09-2009, 12:16 PM Danny appreciates the humor as much as you guys do :)
maybe he needs to post a picture :nopics: or maybe not
tattoobob 04-09-2009, 12:30 PM Bruce if I were you (but I'm not)I would give the kid 20 bucks take the cards and toss them in the trash,
Slips'son 04-09-2009, 03:18 PM he would never throw away my cards
he know how much i want to sell them
Slips'son 04-09-2009, 03:20 PM i am actually going to a tournament at the trading card store in brockton this Sunday or next with some of my friends from school
Swimmer 04-09-2009, 03:54 PM This is definately my favorite thread ever :)

Katie 04-20-2009, 05:54 PM it seemed like you were going to try a few of the things mentioned.

Slips'son 04-20-2009, 10:09 PM i am actually selling my yugioh cards on craigslist now
Raven 04-21-2009, 05:01 AM Good Luck !
The Dad Fisherman 04-21-2009, 05:48 AM i am actually selling my yugioh cards on craigslist now
Thats probably your best bet.....and like I mentioned earlier, you may have to get out of the "Per Card/Per Pack" mentality and sell by big groups.
Slips'son 04-21-2009, 11:12 AM i am selling ALL of them, meaning my box of cards, my binders of cards, and my yugioh duel disk toy i bought a couple years ago
