Natural selection.
If she intentionally jumped in there (climbing over a fence makes me wonder how it couldn't be intentionally), then they should have let the Polar Bears enjoy a hearty meal.
Humans are the only species where even the stupidest people are allowed to survive.

1978
we are standing at the chimpanzee exhibit
and this Mother is totally Bitching out her kids
so harshly that they all were crying..... ok
she was ruining the whole day for everyone there
in the crowd trying to enjoy the Zoo
then i noticed this one adult male put his hand behind
his rear end for a few seconds
and then he did an overhead frisbie throw
with a turd and it smacked her right in the face hard
making her cry and shutting her right up
everyone cheered and were laughing hysterically
that chimp was my HERO as i stood there Clapping
Big polar bear bite on the big booty - that's gonna leave a mark.

She was looking for a mate.
I guess she had too much cushion for the pushing for that polar bear's taste.
