View Full Version : Shooters sports bar
Mr. Sandman 05-01-2009, 12:01 PM Ok, last week or so I am driving around wareham and I have a few hours to kill while I wait to for my son to finish up a course. I did some shopping at the local tackle shops and home depots but was looking to catch the bruins....hmm I had no idea where a sports bar is then out of the blue I passed shooters sports bar and grill. Looked harmless, lots of TV's tuned into the game and an open seat the the bar. I did a double take as all the girls were in their sexy underwear. Some of it was pretty revealing. This top heavy gal hands me a menu. I see a pile of Fresh steamers 11.95...Done! My favorite beer...done! Bruins in HD on a 42" plasma 4' from my face and babes in sexy underwear. Oh then she says for 10 bucks you get 4 chances at a raffle for a 15# lobster(s) They were huge .... I turned to the guy next to me and asked did I die and go to heaven?
He said only on Thursdays...I replied Jesus! what do they do on Fridays? Steamers were great and the Bruins won...

JohnnyD 05-01-2009, 06:14 PM Would this be considered spot burning?
Driven by that place a hundred times. Next time I'm stopping in. Thanks for the report.
TheSpecialist 05-01-2009, 07:59 PM That place is marked on the company's gps as spots that you should not be in :(

With a name that's kind of a play on Hooters, you should have figured it out on your own ;)
I've never had dinner there but from the reports I get, they serve a pretty nice prime rib for short money.
BMEUPSCOTTY 05-02-2009, 04:37 PM Is that the place over near the end of Glen Charlie? The guys in my first wedding tried to take me in there (it was called something else then) for a drink the night before, but I wasn't old enough to drink. That should have been a sign not to do what I was about to do.....http://ganjataz.com/01smileys/images/smileys/saddunce.gif:smash:
