New Bedford man crushed to death in seafood plant ice machine

Sad news. I hope it was just a freak accident and there wasn't any safety hazards that weren't attended to at the plant,

Very sad. I wonder how it happened.

i'm going to venture a guess... and say... "getting crushed by an ice machine."

he must have slipped.... is all i can think of,,, that "is" sad :(
