why is it that women totally deny leaving their headlights on
when that is the only plausible explanation as to why their car won't start....?
2nd time this month... grrrr :exp:
so i established the as you reach the toll booth either way
that's when you turn off your friggan lights off... rule
and it's still not working

Well, you could always, take the headlight wiring at the fuse box, and rewire it to a fuse that cuts power with the ignition (just make sure you use the right amp fuse). This will let you still control on and off, but when the key is turned off, the headlights cut off, just like the radio does.
Very cheap and much easier than the dead battery/argument for saying she left em on.....
Or get a automatic switch, that turns them on when car is on (I don't like em cause you can't turn them off when you want).
Just a few ideas....

i just got back from taking her car
(since i had it)
as she took mine to work today
to have her freon re-charged
which wasn't the problem
the freon was just fine...
apparently she has some wiring issues..
because the compressor for the AC
won't even kick on...
and not only that, but someone has soldered
(welded) the main fuse that goes to her alternator
which i think is a real bad idea and could cause a car fire
if her alternator went whacko... one day
