Stopped a woman who thought that because the breast pump had an AC adapter it would be legal to use the pump while driving.

We stopped her because she was all over the road. She almost hit several objects, such as vehicles coming in the opposite direction. That didn't bother her at all. The female behind her swore she must be drunk she was driving so bad. Just left a church service the next town over.

You can't make this chit up.

Swimmer, I have one thing to say: What was she thinking?!

Was the woman that stupid?

I wish I could say this is surprising to me. 5 years of working as an EMT in Hartford and Boston made me realize how stupid people really can be.

Least she didn't hit anyone.

What'd you end up giving her a ticket for?

John the Sgt. who stopped her finally did not ticket her. He is a good guy, but sometimes I think he is so easy he'd let an axe murderer go.

I think the real reason he let her go was because the female who called in on her cell phone lied to us about how long she had been behind her. Originally the complainat stated she had been behind her from Kingston to East Bridgewater when she finally called, thank you so much, but in all actuality the pumping mother had just driven away from a church in Hanson. So the lying complainer got her stopped, but more than likely got her out of trouble also. Someone who only is partially truthful is mostly a liar in my book. No veracity, no integrity.

I'm speaking with no experience at all working in the law enforcement field - but I'd imagine I would never cut someone a break who's displaying blatant stupidity.

Genuine mistake, probably. Complete stupidity, not a chance.

Hopefully she was only doing a single and not a double pump (shown here) so she could some how at least try to keep one hand on the wheel.

I just asked the Sgt. and he said she was doing both breasts with one pump.
