Christian 06-04-2009, 09:22 PM seen em. been hearing about alot of fish off of maine too. on huge schools of macs. Fly Rod 06-05-2009, 08:42 AM The harpoon boats have been doing well. Here on Cape Ann a dozen fish a day have been landed. I do not know if you can tune into channel 81 on the boat radio, if so you will here the spotter plane directing the boats to the fish. Fish are averaging about 6bucks a pound. Rod and reel fishermen have not been catching here. Rip Runner 06-05-2009, 08:55 AM my buddies got a 70" 200 pounder yesterday on the troll off Stellwagon. fishonnelsons 06-05-2009, 02:33 PM Big one brought into Pamet Harbor yesterday, over 72 inches, from the bank. Many, many around, stick boats doing very, very well. With ton's of bass, and now the tuna, this Spring has got to be the best one I have seen up here in the last 5 years. tomytuna 06-10-2009, 05:59 AM CH 81 ? that's Coast Guard Sector Boston (Gloucester,Merrimack,Pt Allerton,) working channel. I guess CG Comms shack may enjoy the reports, then again they could be recording!.Tom vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2025, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
