I have had this took storage tube for quite awhile. I have never used it. It is permantly sealed at one end and has a screw on/off cap at the other. If someone ( a tradesman/electrician/???, maybe even a fishermen) wants this, let me know. I am in a housecleaning (cellar) mode and I'm going to throw a few things out, and this is one of those things.

It was formerly used by a carpet installer.
