Casey in the dark, out on the lawn. Nice clear shot by me, huh?
Can you see those longhorns? They were right on the edge of the cliffs....
My only shot from Lookout Point this morning.
FWIW, the wetsuit crew really got it done this weekend. From shore, I managed three +20# fish, but I couldn't reach where they got the cows. It was also our general opinion that you had to be casting when these schools of fish happened to be swimming by. We would catch fish for a bit, and then they would be gone, until another group happened by.

tynan19 06-14-2009, 07:53 PM The best part is the good feelings I have taken back. For some reason I had one of the best weekends of my life over there. I came to work tonight at 3 hurting. Took a few walks around the hospital and then got word that someone had caused a flood on the second level bathroom and was flooding into the medical library. This is the fourth incident in the past month. In the next hour I had a suspect (Disgruntled terminated employee) , got him on video in the area, got a positive id from his old boss, had Worcester Police go to his house and serve the kid with a trespass order while the kid shook in his boots, solving a month long case. Unbelievable the karma that followed me home from the island. Thanks a lot to REDLIGHT for letting me fish on your island and the crew that made it a great weekend. I need some CAPT.
JamesJet 06-14-2009, 07:53 PM Wow - I am jealous. Nice Job

Swimmer 06-17-2009, 02:20 PM Those pics of John are great.
nightfighter 06-17-2009, 06:02 PM Yep. Johnny Pollock aka eelskimmer was the life of the trip! I hope you come again, John. Can't believe this was your first trip. The year working out in the gym was worth it! (You are the first one to arrive at the ferry with a handicap tag hanging from the mirror however...)
Squid kids Dad 06-17-2009, 08:08 PM He is a GREAT guy..At his age I cant believe he made it out to the rocks....Gives me hope..Great job John

John, You ole goat, looks like you had a blast...gotta get you back on my boat this year.
eelskimmer 06-18-2009, 10:22 PM I had a blast! Not only meeting all youse guys
but being able to do up some eggs and bacon for
all. Great pixs and beautiful scenery. That beach
doesn't reveal the dangers lying below the surface.
Been busy this week including a mess of Boston
harbor flounder on Wednesday so here is my
grateful thanks to all for helping me fish that
island. Everyone reading this should plan to do
the next trip. I'm off to Vermont tomorrow
morning to deal with the puckerbush I missed
while on Cutty.
See ya on the beach.
hardcore from shore 06-18-2009, 10:44 PM John-
You are an inspiration to us all. I am looking forward to my August trip to Cutty. All you guys looked like you had a great time. Thank goodness nobody knows where you went and that you caught any fish.
Nice it is a small island with limited access and accomodations. I sure hope I am available next time you do this trip as Cuittyhunk has already become my favorite place after only 1 trip.
Bill
tynan19 06-18-2009, 11:34 PM Casey,
Nice pics!!! Did you take the repaired rod?
Bill
Woozy I did not. I could only take two piece rods to fit in the wife's car. Can't believe you remember your password.
