Never heard of that happening before with a shark

About 10 years back some guys fishing out of Falmouth in a large sportfisherman at night had a 300+ lb Mako hit a bait and immediately leap into their cockpit. Hit the guy in the chair in the shoulder and he required 100+ stitches to put back together again. Smashed a high end fighting chair and most of the teak deck to smithereens. They eventually beat the shark dead with a bat.
