I'm thinking I'd like to trailer down to fish at the dump, where would you recommend I try to launch from? I was thinking the PT. Judith area but I don't know the area and would like a good place to put the boat in.

Other one ramp is not steep enough. No fee. Weekends are tough if you don't go early enough. keeperreaper 08-25-2009, 07:05 AM John, When are we going? I know that area pretty well. RIROCKHOUND 08-25-2009, 07:31 AM I know that area pretty well. Me too :D Great Island Bridge in PJ works, but like others said can be crowded. there is another at the top of the pond w/ parking, but 25min ride down the pond to the inlet zacs 08-25-2009, 07:35 AM as stated, your best bet is Galilee, just get there early. It is a VERY popular ramp being so close to Block & beyond.... It is very typical for trailers to overflow well up the escape road by 8-9am on a weekend. taJon 08-25-2009, 11:31 AM I was thinking about tomorrow but with the 4' seas and never going out there before, mmmmm, maybe not for the first time. So 2 weeks from either last weekend or tomorrow. I want some mahi and hoo. but a marlin or mako would be fine too. taJon 08-25-2009, 11:32 AM Give me a call matt, we should set something up. vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2025, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
