View Full Version : Patrick Swayze Has Passed Away BigFish 09-14-2009, 08:35 PM Lost his battle with pancreatic cancer. 57 years old. Very sad. Not one of the greatest actors in history but he certainly was one of the most memorable and enduring figures in acting in the last 25 years. Great movies like "The Outsiders", "Dirty Dancing", "Ghost", "Roadhouse" to name a few......he definitely left a huge imprint while he was here. He was married for like 32 years to the same woman. Tough to do in Hollywood. RIP! FishermanTim 09-16-2009, 10:42 AM They had a clip from an interview he gave when he knew that he time was drawing near, and his comments were a true testament to a man that was a famous actor, but was a real person, with real problems in his life. It was funny to hear him say that after his bout with achohol he thought that he had lived many lives (referring to all the roles he played from that point on).
