For those of you who don't know about the ICB's, about five years ago I recruited some of the best talent in New England to form a culinary all star team. We take on all comers, and are judged by a panel of respected food service professionals and also the crowd, themselves.
There are three main ingredients and several mystery ingredients purchased by the judges and selected by each team to compose the six dishes. The winner claims the 4 foot tall Iron Chef Bomba trophy, and then claims home field advantage for the next challenge. The Iron Chef Bombas have yet to be beaten by any team.
So, wanna eat some good food, drink some wine, and cheer us on??? Then come by.
