He saw the rod, reel and all the assorted gear in the back of my Tahoe, so we got to talking and I suggested he check out the site. Seems he and a crew of guys up there that patrol those shorelines pretty well and they seem fairly social too. Bag might belong to one of them or they might know someone who lost a bag.
