Irish Red Ale this time.

Maybe a Porter next time.

This is the best time of year for brewing. Cool/dry days that I can boil for over an hour.

The only time I brewed beer was a Whiskey Barrel Porter using the facilities at IncrediBREW | Your personal beer and wine brewery located in Nashua, NH (http://www.incredibrew.com/) . Nice they provide all the ingredients, equipment, recipes, and do all the cleanup. Really enjoyed the batch (size: 84 bottles, 22oz).

I'd much rather just drink beer and leave the brewing to others.

This is even a better time of year to drink beers, especially the Octoberfests and soon Winter Ales. I can drink for (many) hours!

Looks good. I've always wanted to try brewing my own, but I don't have enough space or time to do it.

I'm pretty excited that Sam Adams Octoberfest is back.

Nice! I have more experience in wine but brewed my first beer (IPA) not too long ago. It's getting to be about time for another batch!
