Yeah to be honest I never thought they would get by the Angels way too inconsistent this year at times and this series was one of those times. To be honest doesn't bother me much anymore since 2004. I waited such a long time for that one and then to get another soon after was to be honest enough for the rest of my life and I can live happily with those two. Good try sox's. GO Angels. They were the better team.

It will be interesting to see what changes are in store for the Sox this off season.
I can see at least 3 starters gone, maybe 4 if they cannot settle with Bay, not much change in the pitching rotation, Wakefield may retire though.

I'm sure Paps is feeling the weight of the series right now, but the reality is their bats just stunk the nearly the entire time.

Pretty sure they signed him to an extension like a year or so ago???:confused:
