There was much talk here of the Pink Floyd cover band,Australian Pink Floyd.And well there should be.They are amazing.Along the same lines,if Dark Star Orchestra comes back around next year and you are a Deadhead,they are a must see band.Trust me on this one.

There really are some great cover bands out there.

I'm a fanatical Iron Maiden fan and the band Sanctuary is absolutely incredible.If you're a Maiden fan these guys will not disappoint at all.

Also got to see British Steel a Priest coverband earlier this year that was also very good.

Locally of course you have Dirty Deeds doing the AC-DC thing.

Saw these guys on pbs a few weeks ago and thought there were pretty good !

never saw Rain live, but back in the '80's I saw Apple several times. They were also a great Beatle cover band.
