One of the comments says that Wyman Pond is man made, do we have any clarification on that?

I know there is a dam at one end of the lake but did the pond exist before the dam?

Seems like there have been other comments to the contrary with some pretty supportive content. True or not? I wouldn't know where to look.

I've been trying to get similar access to a natural lake near me. All of the houses around it (part of two separate towns) have posted "no public access" signs all over the place and I haven't heard of the town caring. My understanding is that people access it with carry-ins and people that live on the lake own motors over 50HP. I wish I knew more about the specifics of the law.

It's time for the pitchforks and torches.
