At my HS, it has always been tradition to have a pallet bonfire the night before the big Thanksgiving Day game. Last night apparently someone sabotaged the event (an officer stated he smelled gun power) and luckily there was only a single minor injury to a firefighter.

Makes you wonder what has happened to this country some times when sh*t like this happens. Don't people have even half-a-brain anymore?????

It really is a shame the way Brockton has changed from when I was a kid. I wonder what caused the down hill slide?

Wasn't in Brockton, southern NJ where I went to HS. I would actually kind of expect that thing here in Brockton???

People get uptight about loosing our freedom yet they do crap like this or know who does crap like this and don't try to stop it or have the person arrested then they can't understand when the authorities say no more bonfires.

Or worse yet it's "M before you, and at ALL costs".
When you have idiots that will kill for a parking spot, video game or "just because you were home" then we may truly be damned.
