i like virtual reality....and 3d anything and or graphics....
the opening window did not give you a choice of English it seems
and when i clicked the Chinese icon just to see a demo screen
all hell broke loose Cheferson and suddenly my screen shrunk down to 10 x 12 inches
and it took me a long time to reset it back to normal.

Downloaded but haven't tried yet. It is done in collaboration with IBM so I would HOPE it is OK.
I'm also running 64bit Win7U so I'll need to check the sysreqs

I tried to install and run on a WinXP system with only 640K RAM (req is 2GB). Down loaded the 210MB file (5 min), installed software (about 15 min), run first time: error VFC.exe, re-booted, run again same error, uninstalled (15 min). I think it is the video/3D requirements that is taxing the system.
Does seem like an potentially interesting tool to see the Forbidden City without actually having to travel there.

Changed my mind. I installed on Vista(x64) with 6Gb RAM, ATI Radeon HD video card. Works great!! Recommend putting at the highest resolution your system can handle (ctrl-O opens screen control).
