Here is a chance to shout out with what you might like to see under the tree this year

Going to chase down a few specific plugs, Jigman Spook, Tattoo Sea Dog, Big Fish Pencil, Hab's Jr and Afterhours Needles to name a few.
Bags of trebles to rehook a bunch off lures.
Perhaps another 10' rod

Who knows, if your better half were accidentally sent to this thread maybe you coulds, uhh, suggest what you want

So what do you want for the Holidays?

Korker boots like the ones Redlite stepped on my hand with this summer...:gorez:

60# boga

2 yr subscription to the fisherman

Potato for my wetsuit

With the exception of the potato, I'll probably wind up having to buy all this stuff myself. My wife has no sympathy for my addiction. Its nice to wish though.

Tough one - Mrs Santa already got an early gift for me at Thanksgiving that I wanted - new waders...

I had no idea I'd been so good this year...although I did finally make good on my promise to finish the house in time for the holidays...hell, it even surprised me...

A new drytop is on my list, just have to figure out which one...VMC's to keep me busy the next coupla months in Uncle Crafty's Tackle Shack although they're a tricky stocking-stuffer

A new plug bag would be nice, my old Surfcaster bag is getting a little worn these days ...

Oh yeah - and several hard-to-come-by plugs in particular....no names, don't wanna start a run on 'em...:hihi:

I have an 11' SSU blank to wrap and I am getting an SSU 9'er for christmas. A few plugs/hooks and wait a minute my wife might read this.

Picked up the SSU108 1M today, so that my wife can give it to me on Christmas. Got all the accessories also, with the exception of a reel. I'll surprise myself on my birthday in January though with the reel.

38-24-36" inflatable doll with sufficient orifices to hold my fishing rod, lip-gripper, and scale while I sit on her and paddle to a rock. Blond, would be best.

I need nothing. But planning to sell a few things (like a Shopsmith) to get a few things (like a midi-lathe). And a T-top for the boat is not a Christmas list item.....

My holiday wish would be to become a better surfcaster and you can find that under any tree. If there was one thing that I would value would be piemma's surf log. Merry Christmas Paul. :)

Important lesson - If you don't have or are not going to have kids right off the bat, save and hide one of the items now and you might be able to put off the other. If kids are current or imminent, you've got to get square now or you never will. Pick one and get it. The other may happen once formula and diapers are done.

Don't forget to order a couple hundred hook bonnets to protect her from the trebles.
Last thing we need is another artificial reef obstructing prime casting area.

Definitely 2nd that! Hm, a Darter, Nike Roman, Magna Strike (Damnit Tagger why did you have to make those sexy things!), and a productive wooden eel to use to fish and be templates. For the long term wish list a lathe with some extra space to put it!

All those are extra things though except the lathe, I am happy with what I have in the bag. Lets just fast forward to the fishing season...YOU HEAR ME GOD?! :biglaugh:

They now make for only 4 grand, a completely lifelike companion per your specs or favorite " actress ". Saw it on HBO the other day. I do believe they float, they are built to go in the shower to hold the soap.

if your wife asks you what you want, tell her you want a few "coupons" that she can easily print up herself on the computer.. the coupon is an "I'm leaving right now to go fishing for 24 hours no questions asked, screw dinner plans with the jones', zero head ache when I get home" coupon... If she says thats ridiculous, then tell her NOT TO ASK YOU WHAT YOU WANT FOR CHRISTMAS!!! It's a real ace up your sleeve to be played at just the right times... If it doesnt work, print your own, leave it on the table, and go anyway
