View Full Version : Acoustic Cover songs?
Rockport24 12-14-2009, 04:52 PM hey guys, some of you know I play in a cover band that does a lot of party rock type tunes, but I'm also gonna try to get out and do some solo acoustic cover gigs so I need some song ideas
So, what type of songs would you like to hear if you were kickin back with a couple of brews at a bar
I'm thinking stuff like:
U2
Tom Petty
John Mellencamp
acoustic Zepp stuff (maybe hey hey what can I do)
also some modern stuff too, like Foo Fighters, Kings of Leon, Daughtry....
whatadaya think?

fishbones 12-22-2009, 02:09 PM For acoustic rock songs, look to the Foo. This is a great version of Everlong, but everything off the Skin and Bones cd is acoustic.
