Team rock ah! I`m a father of two. My older son never took to fishing even though he was a Scout for 12 yrs Now in college and a proud Eagle Scout you couldn`t pay to fish. However my younger son Ryan [13] like myself can`t get enough of the out doors..... So i take him and his friends fish [hunting] anywhere but they need to listen to my music, Classic rock or country [they go with rock] So that how we became Teamrock. The bride of 22yrs is always surported any out door stuff....

Although I fish 33 plus yrs, clammed, owned many boat growing up on a cannel south shore LI, the kids, wife  and Archery hunting hamped me from progressing from a Kmar1 fishman [surf] tell a yr and a half ago. I read up on bucktailing and Z`s Books meet Crazy Al and many other great fishing people and they set me in the rite derection.

I long for Cutty, and that will be on the menue. Mecca is like another world LOVE it. Fishing through out the night on those rocks new moon is like dieing and gone to heaven

And NO!!! I`m not a yankee fan but gone to many games, I like Jet Gaints but I`m a fan of the sport and thinks onces it leaves the game it no longer entertanment, so save the bs for someone who cares! :smash:

long = long time for it,
Cutty = Hunk One of the best place`s for strippers, there better but this is popular by way of books, tapes etc
Menu [no e, oh well] A place on the bucket list!
Mecca= Montauk Point, You will only understand after a few nights on the rocks, it`s a great place away from the rest of the crazy world.

Pretty much sums it up. Cuttyhunk is a small island that is a "MECCA" for those that fish from the surf (and boat) in that our surfcasting souls point to a handful of places as MECCA, Cutty, Montauk, Block Island, and a rare handful of others. Also, where a Surfcaster prays :hee:

word of advice...one must walk around the entire CH island to be initiated.

John says, Where a surfcaster prays "amen"
And just because one refers to it as Mecca don`t think there any give me`s! you need to do your homework

And be safe!
