NO LUCK 12-30-2009, 12:23 PM YOU NEVER SHOW UP, YOU WANT FISH THEN GO FISHING.:smash: Bocephus 12-30-2009, 02:57 PM 2-5 oz jigs, try different colors, 10ft or better heavy rod, reel that can hold 200yds of braid or mono. I would advise just watching the guys do it for a little while, then give it a try away from the crowd. Or you can do what the daytime crowd does.......wing a pencil out as far as you can and hope for the best. Cant knock it cuz its brought in some big fish in recent years. And dont let the canal ferret scare you, they do exist. STRIPERTED 12-30-2009, 09:43 PM And dont let the canal ferret scare you, they do exist.[/QUOTE] I had 2 come out from under the rocks I was stamding on this fall. I almost fell in :fury: Rookieangler 12-31-2009, 10:11 PM The Canal Feret exists? Can it be used as bait? "No Luck" says the canal feret catchs mosters fish? First I heard of that.
