Hi Jeff - Happy New Year
Raven 12-30-2009, 09:43 AM they ate everything
Slipknot 12-30-2009, 10:47 AM The government was imposing a use tax on them Jan. 1st , so they scrammed.
hopefully they won't be back
FishermanTim 12-30-2009, 10:55 AM Wasn't there a "scenary tax" imposed on them, like they had in Vermont?
Maybe the smell got to be too much for them, so they decided that since WE weren't going to fix it, they would just move on to another coastal city, and set up shop there.
Wouldn't it interesting if a great white paid that area a visit, and spooked them all?
nightfighter 12-30-2009, 07:46 PM I heard a story that they vacated the area just before the last earthquake that struck Oakland during the World Series. Would be kind of weird if they were able to predict something of that magnitude......
nightfighter 12-30-2009, 08:18 PM hmmmmmmm........

FishermanTim 12-31-2009, 11:04 AM They heard about "2012" and decided to beat the traffic "out of town".:biglaugh:
PRBuzz 12-31-2009, 11:20 AM Maybe they do sense the "BIG ONE" coming, loss of CA into the ocean and are headed for P'town!
PRBuzz 01-09-2010, 12:30 PM P'town is spared (at least for a while):
Where did SF Bay's sea lions go? Try Oregon Coast
GRANTS PASS, Ore. — Hundreds of sea lions that abruptly blew out of San Francisco Bay's Pier 39 last Thanksgiving have apparently found a new home at another tourist attraction — 500 miles north on the Oregon coast.

Wow, somebody must've done a big spot burn.
flyvice11787 01-09-2010, 06:04 PM Read in the paper that they followed herring that was around Oregon.
nightfighter 01-10-2010, 11:13 AM 6.5 earthquake this AM in California. 45 second duration.
